HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The cost of the house kit starts from 200 euros/m2, depending on the configuration. Additional services are available, including foundation pouring, assembly of the house kit, decoration and insulation of the roof, installation of gutters, installation of windows and entry doors, and facade finishing. The need for additional services is determined and paid for separately. The final cost depends on the customer's choice of materials and the scope of required work. The construction period is 2-3 months, including production, delivery, and assembly. The larger the house area, the lower the cost per square meter.

EXPENSIVE, BUT ELSEWHERE IS CHEAPER!

The cost of our house kits today does not exceed the average market price in its segment, among manufacturers of similar quality and technology. If you are offered a significantly lower cost than the market price, it's worth considering that the low cost per square meter in SIP homes is achieved by reducing the equipment and simplifying the technology, which may result in lower operational characteristics of the house: noise and thermal insulation, energy efficiency, etc.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

To initiate the production of your house, an 80% prepayment of the house kit cost is required, with the remaining 20% paid upon completion of the house. Delivery and assembly are paid separately.

WHAT IS IT MADE OF?

SIP houses are made from SIP panels, i.e., sandwich panels. A SIP panel is a building material composed of two sheets of OSB and a noise/thermal insulation layer of polystyrene foam between them. These materials are assembled into a sandwich panel using a press and special glue. ATLAS HAUS is a full-cycle company; we are the manufacturers of SIP materials and also create and implement projects. We produce SIP panels of various thicknesses and configurations for different types of constructions (internal/external, load-bearing/non-load-bearing walls, roof, floor, etc.).

UNRELIABLE

ATLAS HAUS has 16 years of experience in the production of SIP panels. The company has been on the market since 2006 and currently holds leading positions. We implement projects of various complexity, from small modular houses to cottage residential complexes, not only in Ukraine but also in European countries. As of today, the company's project portfolio includes over 500 completed projects. In 2021, the company constructed 5000m2 of townhouses in Germany.

RODENTS, INSECTS

Rodents naturally come to environments where it's warm or there is something to eat. In our technology, the house does not emit heat from the outside, making it unattractive to rodents. Additionally, due to the airtightness and internal insulation (polystyrene foam), which is not edible for them, rodents do not infest such houses. Neopor BASF, a German material, is used as insulation in SIP houses. It is gray because graphite is used in its production. This environmentally friendly material has natural antiseptic properties, making it completely unsuitable for rodents. Graphite also improves the thermal characteristics of the material.

MOISTURE RESISTANCE

We use OSB-3, a moisture-resistant OSB, for the production of SIP panels, which is not afraid of getting wet. All panel joints and assembly nodes are waterproofed. Moisture-resistant materials are used in external finishing. We install and build according to building codes with quality control, and before handing over the house, it undergoes a complete inspection. A 15-year warranty is provided for house kits.

IS IT A STURDY HOUSE? DOES IT WITHSTAND WIND?

A SIP technology house is a truly strong building, much lighter than a brick one but sufficient to withstand any wind loads. SIP houses exhibit high stability and retain their integrity during earthquakes with a magnitude of 8.

CAN I BUILD A HOUSE IF I'M NOT A BUILDER?

Yes, you can. A house with SIP panels is like "LEGO" for adults. The kit, made with our sandwich panels, comes with clear assembly drawings, allowing you to assemble the house without significant difficulties.

HOW IS DELIVERY HANDLED?

SIP panels are lightweight and not bulky, allowing for the delivery of the house kit by regular transportation. Panels can be manually unloaded. A crane is only used during wall construction.

CAN IT BURN IN A MINUTE?

All materials of the house are certified in the European Union for construction. The insulation material NEOPOR BASF (Germany) and OSB panels EGGER (Austria) used for the frame are self-extinguishing building materials. Load-bearing beams and other wooden elements are also treated with fire-resistant and bioprotective solutions. Houses and SIP kits by "ATLAS HAUS" comply with the highest fire safety standards.

THERMAL INSULATION (COLD/HOT)

Houses built using SIP technology have high energy efficiency. Additional insulation is not required for these houses. The thickness of SIP panels used for walls, roof, and floor provides thermal characteristics equivalent to a brick wall 1.5 meters high. Waterproofing and airtightness of wall connections ensure moisture protection. The house functions like a thermos, capable of maintaining a set temperature inside (both warm and cold), ensuring comfortable living throughout the year and minimizing heating costs in winter and cooling costs in summer. Our houses are designed considering the country's climate conditions and are suitable for living in both hot and cold climates.

DO I NEED TO INSULATE THE FACADE?

Additional insulation with 30mm or 50mm mineral wool or polystyrene is necessary. This will enhance the sound insulation of the house and improve its energy efficiency.

CAN YOU HEAR THE STREET?

The sound sensitivity in a SIP panel house is similar to that in a panel multi-story building. To reduce noise levels, it is recommended to cover the interior walls with drywall. External walls should be treated with a 50mm layer of basalt wool or covered with thermal panels.

WHY NOT USE GAS BLOCKS OR BRICKS?

Construction using SIP technology has several advantages, including. Construction without "wet" work on-site and without the need for additional construction equipment, allowing building on landscaped plots. Construction, including production, delivery, and assembly, typically takes up to 3 months. After the house is installed, you can immediately start interior work, including finishing, as SIP homes do not settle. SIP house walls are perfectly even, eliminating the need for additional preparation work before finishing. The thermal resistance of SIP panels is twice as high as that of gas blocks, making SIP homes twice as warm and energy-efficient. The thermal efficiency of a SIP panel house with a wall thickness of 160mm is equivalent to walls 1 meter thick made of foam blocks, allowing for a 2-3 times reduction in heating costs. Thinner walls in SIP houses preserve maximum useful living space inside. SIP technology provides more freedom in architectural solutions. The production budget is fixed at the time of signing.

ARE THE HOUSES SAFE FOR HEALTH? TOXICITY, FORMALDEHYDE?

Our SIP panels have an E1 ecological class, meaning the formaldehyde content is within acceptable limits. All components of SIP panels and house kits are certified and actively used in the construction of kindergartens, schools, hospitals. We do not use materials not certified by Europe. The insulation material, NEOPOR BASF, is a German product, and OSB panels from EGGER, Austria, do not contain formaldehyde and use only natural components in their production. ATLAS HAUS complies with all European Union ecological standards and is entirely safe for health.

IS THE COMPANY RELIABLE? ESPECIALLY IN UKRAINE?

"ATLAS HAUS" has been manufacturing and installing SIP technology houses for over 17 years. The company has successfully completed over 500 projects in Ukraine and Europe. The technology for producing SIP panels and house kits was developed in Ukraine. Our fully automated, innovative, and modern production system allows us to create high-quality and environmentally friendly SIP panels and house kits, which are currently being actively exported to European countries.
