- Construction speed. Unlike traditional construction methods (brick houses, etc.) it does not have wet building processes. SIP technology is a dry construction process that has no seasonality. Houses and buildings can be erected at any time of the year, and the assembly of a house with panels or walls takes from 3 to 14 days.
- Cost-effectiveness of construction. The total cost of SIP construction already includes metal-plastic energy-saving window systems, plasterboard walls, wiring channels for electrics, roofing systems and other items that will require additional costs when choosing traditional construction methods.
- More usable area. The entire structure of the SIP house is thinner than traditional houses, which provides an increase in usable actual area by 5-7%. That is, in a house of 100m2 from SIP, you will have 7-10m2 more actual area than in a similar brick house. For development companies, this is an increase in the actual area sold, and, accordingly, profit.

- Savings on house maintenance. SIP houses and buildings have a high rate of energy efficiency, which is ensured by unique thermal insulation properties. The energy return resistance index of SIP buildings is 2 times higher than that of buildings erected by the traditional method, respectively, the cost of heating and cooling SIP houses is 40-50% lower than in the case of traditional brick houses.
- Certification and guarantees. ATLAS HAUS products are the holder of the ETA European technical assessment, and only certified materials from leading European brands are used in the production. Also, we provide a guarantee for the panels and DC of our production.
