What does the process involve, and what are the terms?

After signing the contract, producing one house kit takes up to 60 days.
The assembly of the house on the plot can take 3–12 days, depending on the chosen method of assembly (wall or standard).
If you don’t want to do the construction, we offer a “turnkey house” service. It takes up to 3 months and includes all the work, from the foundation to the finished walls.

Before making the kit, the client should design it with our architects. The cost of the preliminary design is €3.00/m².
